Evidence File

Evidence File

Your evidence file is the deciding factor. However real your skills are, if you have no documents that tell that story consistently, U.S. authorities have no basis to approve your case.

Principles for Building Your File

01

No fabricated evidence.

We only help candidates collect, standardize, translate, and explain genuine evidence.
02

Employment verification letters must be specific.

The job duties described must match the duties of the position being filled in the U.S.
03

Business owners need their own evidence.

If you own a garage or workshop, you will need your business license, invoices, photos of the workshop, and employee information if applicable.
04

Photos and videos are supporting evidence.

They make your file more convincing, but they cannot replace employment records.
05

Translations must be consistent.

Company names, dates, job titles, and job duties must match across every document.
06

The one-story rule.

Every document must tell the same story, from your CV, employment verification letters, and job offer to Form ETA-9089, Form I-140, and your consular interview.
