ESTA Program Overview

What Is ESTA?
ESTA stands for EB-3 Skilled Trade America, a program run by Newland USA on the legal foundation of the EB-3 Skilled Workers category.
In the Vietnamese market, EB-3 is often approached as an immigration paperwork procedure. EB-3 Skilled Trade America takes a different approach: settling in the U.S. is not just about filing an EB-3 petition. It can be a career journey in the U.S. built on your own expertise and work experience, one that also opens the door to green cards for your whole family.
This approach is more than a marketing message. It reflects how U.S. authorities actually review cases. Throughout the process, they verify one consistent question: does the sponsoring employer have a genuine need to fill this position, and is the candidate professionally qualified to fill it?
Three Core Pillars
What You Gain Is More Than Just a Green Card
Because your case starts with a real job, what you have when you arrive in the U.S. is also a real job: in your own trade, at a pre-established base wage, with the employer’s standard benefits, and a career path that builds on what you did in Vietnam. Permanent green cards for your whole family come with that job, not in place of it.
