8-Step Roadmap
The U.S. employer confirms the need to fill a permanent, full-time position. Next comes obtaining a Prevailing Wage Determination from the Department of Labor and conducting public recruitment to show that no qualified U.S. workers are available. In parallel, your file is reviewed and standardized.

The Department of Labor reviews Form ETA-9089 and approves the labor certification. The date the agency receives your filing becomes your priority date, your place in line that determines when a visa becomes available to you.

With the labor certification in hand, the employer files Form I-140 with USCIS to sponsor you in the EB-3 Skilled Workers category.

USCIS reviews and approves the petition, confirming that you meet the category’s requirements and that the employer has the ability to pay the offered wage. Premium Processing is available for a $2,805 fee.

Your case is transferred to the National Visa Center. You file the DS-260 immigrant visa application, pay the fees, and submit civil documents for the whole family.

Wait for your turn in the monthly Visa Bulletin. When your priority date is current, the whole family completes the immigration medical exam and attends the interview at the U.S. Consulate.
Thời gian thực hiện: 8-18 months
Once the visas are issued, the whole family enters the U.S. while the visas are valid and begins work with the sponsoring employer.
